  9. Could I expect the bouquet to be identical to the one on the picture?

 Ensuring an arrangement’s utter likeness to the photographed one is not easily achieved in all the
    countries, although Teleflora always tries as much as possible to maintain the same quantity
    and quality of flowers, but the availability of flowers and pots can vary from one flower shop to
    the other, from one season to the next. When certain adaptations of this sort are necessary,
    they are always made within the established quality and price.


 10. What if the flowers are not delivered?

 Please allow us to run a check with our associates within the period of 24 hours (for international orders)
    or within 2 hours for the domestic ones and find out the reasons so that we could inform you by
    an e-mail or otherwise if agreed. If the flowers are not delivered we can redeliver with apology or
    make you a refund, which is the least we can do for you.


 11. Do you give return information on delivery?

 Yes, within a couple of hours you get delivery confirmation for deliveries on the territories of
    Serbia and Montenegro. On the other hand it takes about 24 hours for deliveries abroad.


 12. How long does a delivery take?

 The flowers could be delivered in Serbia on the same day if the order was placed before 1 p.m.
    For international orders one or 2 days are required before delivery date. Our suggestion to the
    clients is to contact us in due time so that we could respond to their wishes and guarantee the quality.


 13. How can the recipient prolong the flowers’ life?

 To prolong the flowers’ life and keep their freshly-picked look, the water should be changed every day,
    stems clipped and cold water applied onto the flower arrangement’s sponge. Feed it with light, care
    and love; you shall get love in return.


 14. On what days is Teleflora unable to make flower deliveries?

Flower shops around the world are usually closed on Sundays and during the public holidays.
   If agreed the flowers can be delivered one day before or after. In Serbia it is possible to deliver flowers
   
all seven days a week, but during the national holidays, on 14th February and 8th March we can not
   guarantee the exact time of the delivery, but we tend to keep our clients duly informed of the
   working hours during the holidays.
